Definitions:

• Holidays - One-Way Transfers are 1-1/2 Times The Base Rate, Hourly Charters have a 6 Hour Minimum At Standard Rates and include New Years Day, Good Friday, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Years Eve

• Hourly Charter - An Hourly Charter is defined as a Pick-up at a designated place and time determined by the client and charge is calculated from the designated time of pick-up until the final drop-off time. On Friday and Saturday nights after four o’clock pm (4:00pm) a minimum of three hours is required for transfers and charters for all stretch limousines and a minimum of four hours is required on all limo buses.

• One-Way Transfer - A One-Way Transfer is defined as a Pick-up at a designated place and time determined by the client prior to dispatch and then transferred to a designated Drop-off location determined by the client prior to dispatch, without any additional stops. The client may request changes to time and place of Pick-up and Drop-off and include additional stops provided availability. Additional costs may apply.

• Optional One-Way Transfers - An option given to the client provided availability and depending on type of transfer, area, day, time, or additional requests that replaces a service that is normally charged as an Hourly Charter.

• Special Events - Are events that either require special attention, have no set end time or have unavoidably heavy traffic conditions to include Concerts, Sporting Events, Plays, Shows, Etc.

• Prom Season - Incorporates all Fridays and Saturdays during peak times starting March 15th through May 15th of every year.

• Standard - Is considered a typical or normal transfer or charter with a known start time and end time or unlimited charter time, to include Airport Transfers, One-Way Transfers, Bachelor and Bachelorette Charters, Dinner Transfers and Charters, Birthday Party Charters, etc.

• Peak Time - Friday and Saturday evenings starting at 3:00pm until 1:00am.

• Off-Peak Time - All time not considered Peak Time.
